Disconnect your Meta ad account

You can remove REVN's access to your Meta ad account at any time, in either place:

In REVN: Settings → Integrations → Meta → Disconnect.
In Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business Integrations, select REVN and choose Remove.

When access is removed, REVN stops collecting data from your ad account and deletes the Meta data it stored for you within 30 days.

Delete all of your data

Email support@revn.com.au from the email address on your account, with the subject "Data deletion request". Tell us whether you want your whole business account deleted or only your own login.

We confirm receipt within 2 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days. You'll get a confirmation code you can use to check on the request.

Some records, such as issued tax invoices, may need to be kept for the period Australian tax law requires. If so, we'll tell you which records and for how long.
